ARTWORK __________________________________________________________________

Where do I send my artwork?
You can e-mail artwork as well as your ordering info to your customer service representative at iimprints@tds.net..

Will I receive a proof before my order is produced?
Yes, unless it is an exact reorder, you will see an artwork approval via e-mail or mail before your order is produced which must be approved before we can proceed.

When will I receive my artwork approval?
Art for approval will not be sent or processed unless an order is placed.

Do you keep my art on file?
Yes, Imprints keeps your artwork on file to make reordering or using your art on other products convenient.

Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?
Yes, Keep in mind though that there are a few products where this is not possible due to the actual decoration process. Your customer service representative can find out if this is possible.

Can I add garments to my order once my order has already been placed?

We would suggest that you order a few extras to eliminate this situation. THIS IS COMMON.

Will a second order (reorder) be priced like the original?
No, re-order prices are based on that order alone, not combined quantity total.

Can you print on customer supplied garments?
Yes, Imprints will print on customer supplied garments, but will not accept responsibility for replacement if damaged.

I’m not sure what size I wear?
If shirt size is a concern, call for samples or stop by and we will be happy to assist you.

Can you send me a catalog?

Yes, Imprints would be happy to send you a catalog. Please call us (608-723-4799), fax us (608-723-4779), or e-mail us at iimprints@tds.net, with your request, name, & address.

Do you have samples?
Yes, we have most clothing samples and we are happy to send you a promotional product sample if you are considering placing an order.

SETUP/SCREEN CHARGES: _____________________________________________________

What is a screen washout/color change charge?
A $10 ink charge fee (per color per location) will be charged if ink color is changed due to multiple garment colors on orders of less than 100 pieces.

What are setup charges?
There are some items we offer that have “setup” charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.) Please keep in mind that these are not art charges. These are charges to physically create the die, screen, or other necessary items to decorate with your specific artwork.

Can I split my orders and ship them to several locations?
Yes, Please let your customer service representative know & we will be happy to help you with that.

Can I ship using my own shipping account number?

TERMS & CONDITIONS: _______________________________________________________

  • Remember, nothing goes into production without your approval.
  • It is always best to order your purchases well ahead of time.
  • Substitutions: Imprints reserves the right to replace a garment if needed with a product of the same quality. If you want a specific brand, you must state that at the time of ordering.
  • Deadlines: Please inform us of your deadline at the time of ordering & we will tell you how it can be possible.
  • We will not take garments or products back once they are printed.
  • Washing conditions: To make the image last longer, do not wash with bleach. Do not put garments in the dryer. Tremendous dryer heat will melt ink. For best results, garments should be washed inside out to prevent garment damage by the washer/dryer.
  • Use of Trademarks If we use art that you have given to us to decorate your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right & authority to use & distribute that art.
  • All prices & product information are subject to change without notice.

ACCEPTABLE ART FORMATS ____________________________________________________

Embroidery

  • JPGS, TIFFS, BMPS, or GIFS are acceptable artwork formats for embroidery, although there may be a digitizing fee due to the actual complexity of the artwork. The artists still need to convert that type of file to an actual stitch file that will be read by the emboidery machines.'
  • DST, POF, PXF, & PSF are acceptible embroidery tape files (no fee if image is the correct size)
  • *exceptions apply

Screenprint

  • Adobe Illustrator & CorelDraw files are acceptable for screenprint (no art fee applicable)
  • EPS, AI, PDF, CDR files converted to vector art (outlines) is best (no art fee applicable)
  • All JPGS or TIFFS must be 300 dpi when sized for the final imprint (no art fee applicable)
  • All scanned garments & faxes are subject to an art fee due to the fact that the artists still have to redraw the image suitable for the actual production process.
